巴蜀老坛子

1.凤爪入沸水煮至七成熟.黄瓜,胡罗卜,西芹切成条.猪耳朵切成条(或者猪尾巴,这两样我都没有放的)
2.野山椒,泡椒切碎,姜切片,和蒜片,白酒,白糖,盐,泡菜水和少许水制成"卤水".
3.把所又材料放入泡上1天.捞出开吃.
