Washougal 2006 was a great race once again marred only the race organizers inability to manage the efficient entry and exit of the spectators in and out of the parking areas. It took me 2 hours to get in and about 2.5 hours to leave. Aside from that Carmichael and Stewart had a rousing battle for first and second in both motos. In moto 1 Carmichael basically punted Stewart ofF the course to take the lead after starting 6th. See lead change A,B,C,D.

Unfortunately the light was fairly dim so the photos could have been better.
