Merry Christmas from Franklin, TN

Franklin, TN

We kinda go a little crazy here in Franklin. I shot this at a distance of several hundred meters, hand-held, to use a little more telephoto effect and get a little more compression. Since it is raining here today, I may go late tonight with a tripod, and experiment a little more.
Anyway, may you all have a blessed Christmas. Blessings, everyone!

Elaine: Since we moved to Franklin, our flat is about a mile from Main Street and the square. I did this shoot about 11PM, so I waited about 15 minutes and got a time when everything was clear. Thank you for your kind comments.

Great work, Michael.
I like our tenacity and effort to make a great photograph.
It is a lovely scene indeed and well photographed.
How long did you have to wait until there were no cars in sight?
