Twilight

Dead Horse Point State Park, Moab, Utah.

This image was taken just after sunset at Dead Horse Point State Park, near Moab, UT. The area was used in the 19th century as a natural corral for horses, and some died in the area oof exposure. Again, this was using the 11-24 mm rectilinear lens. This offers a wonderful view of Canyonlands National Park. That is the Colorado River in the floor of the canyon...

A beautiful image, Michael. That's quite a lens !!
The background sdene reminds me of The Grand Canyon
as l saw it in AZ.
l was giving a Mexican guy a ride from Tucson to California.
We neither of us spoke the other's language.
As we gazed at the Canyon at sunset
He said "ls Ver.... Booteefool."
l replied "Si." And we drove on in silence to LA.

Perfect lighting and exposure, Michael. A most impressive lens and with you behind the viewfinder really something.
We were at this point a couple of years ago. Amazing place.
