As seen from Otter Cliffs, Acadia National Park. You'll notice no one is in the water. Well, the temperature of the water this day was a chilly 50 degrees F. (10 C)
Unfortunately, Sally, the water flows south from the Arctic, so the warmest it ever gets in 12-13 C.

This looks like a sheltered beach and a safe place to swim when the water warms up. A great composition showing the beach and forest.Well captured Michael.
