of the Cascade Mountains.

Wow, Terry, this is fantastic ! A really lovely shot of a beautiful and interesting bird. Nature has given in a powerful beak. What does it for ? Cracking shells on seeds perhaps ? lt's out of all proportion to the size of the bird. Masterly photograph !
