Our Gate

Lake Havasu City, AZ

I was closing the gate and I had the idea to see just how thin my DOF was at f/2 and up close. It doesn't look like there is much room for focusing error!

Great use of shallow DOF Cindy, and the perfect background colour.

A very powerful and striking image Cindy.
l have my students doing a similar shot, along the picket fence
around the local lighthouse.
They take two shots, one with the lens wide open as here,
and a second at F32.
All the best to you Cindy. l look forward to seeing more of your fine images
in the coming year.
