Thanks, Hal. Hal, this jet boat is owned by the Chemhuevi Indian Tribe. They are located in California 3.1 miles across Lake Havasu. It is a 75 mile trip by car for them to come to Lake Havasu and they can cross by ferry in 22 minutes or by this jet boat in about 10 minutes. They come across for medical treatment, groceries, etc. The blue boat in back of Express1 in this photo is used to take trips up the Colorado river. They don't have to worry about hitting the bottom with the motor on a jet boat.

A jet boat seems too fast for a lovely leisurely place like Lake Havasu.
A good photo Cindy. l'm enjoying seeing the sights around your winter home.
Thanks, Pat and Terry.
Terry, I aim to please, so I'll pack my bags and head to Wisconsin next week. I should be able to provide weeks of dull grey skies, snow, ice, rain. You'll see. :-}
Your composition are so right on, Cindy! My only complaint is that you keep posting
these images of warm sunlight - couldn't you post a few in dreary, dark light
so those of us in the Pacific NW can feel better about looking out at the snow,
rain and darkness?
