Barnack lives!
Great shot, Cindy.
And a very fine scan...

Hal, I meant to say that I put a hole in the curtain of the M5, not a hole in the M5.

Thank you Bob, Pat, Frank, Pete, and Hal.

Pete, That is Lake Winnebego. Our town gets its name for being at the foot of the lake, Fond du Lac.

Hal, I put a hole in my former M5. The camera was around my neck, but I did not have the lens cap on and it was a sunny day. I think you only do that once. ;-)

Lovely shot Cindy. l thought these bandstands were a typical British thing.
Ah the lllf. l know it well. The first Leica with built-in flash synch. Woo Hoo.
And the Summitar, the upgraded old Summar. The collapsible one is quite rare.
l used to replace the shutter blinds on the lllf cameras etc.
People would lay them down carefully with the lens facing upward and it would
act as a magnifying glass and burn a hole in the shutter blinds.

Nice shot - now excuse my Geography - is that sea or lake in the distance?

This looks like a great place for an evening concert in the
warmer seasons. Nice visual approach using he bridge.
