Gloucester Docks

These are Gloucester docks, again as with Bristol have undergone a recent regeneration. I think the old crane sits very nicely on the docks.

A super industrial heritage shot. Must stop off the M5 one day and visit Gloucester.

Tony, I like how the tracks leads the eye in to the picture, and the colours of these old red bricks... The arts and crafts sign is the only give away of recent changes and times..

I like this...Love the perspective and if those arts and crafts get heavy the crane is there. Lovely capture!

Tony what a wonderful shot of a wonderful area.
Wonderful lead in lines, literally.

Great shot Tony! This area looks like it has tremendous photographic potential; I would love the opportunity to be there early in the morning when it was devoid of people. One more place that I will have to add to my list.

I love the old world working class feel in this shot.
Great choice of lens and perspective.

I would love to see this on a foggy morning without
people carrying shopping bags.

What a wonderful photograph.
The area still has the feel of a working dockland area.
Only the Arts & Crafts sign shows its recent change of character and tenants
Very nicely done Tony.

Very effective image, Tony. The tracks and steam crane really add interest
along with the wonderful brick textures.

Tony, the likes and textures here really appeal to me. They all lead centraly into the image, with smooth differing courses. This is a well conceived image which is very sharp and well-exposed.
