We have a Red-shouldered hawk that spends the Winter in the park behind our house. She visits our bird feeder now and then. Photos taken through my kitchen window. Handheld camera, I wasn't expecting the male hawk to enter the scene. Best to watch this series as a slideshow.
FABULOUS! There is a pair of red-shoulders in mating-mode in my neighborhood, and I am really enjoying the show. They've spent some time in the sycamore next to my house, but so far have not been able to catch them "in the act." Keep looking up!
