Venue Amos' on South Tryon street

If anyone wants to show support for me feel free to call The North Carolina Blumethal Preforming Arts Center and tell them they should be allowing their injured employee to get medical treatment at a decent doctor and to work or give worker's comp.
I fell 15 feet at work when the balcony railing over the seats broke free and tumbled me into the seats below splitting me between the legs on a seat back and I got hit in the ribs with the arm rests and messed up my ankles and knees from when my foot went through between the seat parts. I have been getting jerked around by the theater and insurance carries since nov 17th 2002.It will be up to 9 months before I can get a hearing in front of the state to try and force them to let me get treated
I'm not working or getting worker's comp checks. If I don't get treatment these free photo pages are going to wind up being taken down.

****Update**** Thanks to those have written, they have official acknowledged I have problems working but won't let me come back to work until I have a review by a doctor which their insurance adjuster won't let me see even though I'm entitled to it under law.
