2nd Mag August 1961(weird finish, looks aluminum but is steel)Not sure of discoloration is photo, appears and feels more slick and black like an Aluminum. All parts attracted magnet and held.
3rd February 1963 above is the standard G-3 stamp but instead of H&K a weird mark of a diamond or /square rotated with points/corners at 0,90 180,270 degrees with lines connecting them to outer circle. On magazines in place of where the H&K stamp is found normally.
The rest of the mags have the standard stamped first line H&K with G-3 under it for a second line.
4th mag February 1962 ( very hard to see and read) mag body is different finish.

Choice was of a Flecktarn G-3(fits H&k 91, CETME, PTR Series and other clones) 2 magazine carrier pouch with 20 round magazines with the Steel mag option costing $9.95 or the Aluminum for $4.95 ) deal. This image is from the steel set. Aluminum sets are just below within the next few images forward.
Although I wonder/doubt if it makes any difference from Royal Tiger for which Flecktran pouches you get with the order, although mags were shipped in pouches and not loose like extra Colt M16 mags in order were.
Why burn the candle at both ends, when you can use an oxy acetylene torch in the middle more people will see the light
