The Dingle Tower.

This tower was built in 1912 by Sir Sanford Fleming (inventor of time zones), to commemorate the 1758 convening of the first elected assembly in Nova Scotia (and Canada). The tower overlooks the Northwest Arm and the western slope of the peninsula.

Great photos, but in photo # 48654429 there is an image of something (maybe an animal) coming down the spiral stairs. What was that, do you know?

Ok have to ask. Your pictures are wonderful and I've looked at them many times. Tonight I noticed that there appears to be some sort of creature on the stairs of the photo directly above the comments. Could you please let us know what that is?
