Rudy came to us as a rescue dog about eight years ago. He had been chained to a kennel for the first two years of his life and had never been inside a house. Over the years, layers of his painfull early life gradually peeled away, continuously revealing new and wonderful parts of his joyous and caring nature. He passed away last September from a tumor on his spine. We miss him terribly.
