Super nice weekend to be in the woods. Charles brought the zebra camper and stayed at the lower camping spot and others stayed up at the lower bald meadow. Evan from Greenville also came with his wife but fuel pump issues forced him to head back a little early. Scott and his family, along with Patrick and the boys, stayed at the bald and took the loop trail with the kids. We picked up another Rover along the way, a four-legged bear hound, who followed us/led us on the entire trail up the mountain. He then proceeded to nap in Patrick's Series while we had lunch. Steven, OC and the boys, Jason, Corey and I explored FS4666 but the day grew late and Corey's alternator went ka-put. So, we turned back after only several miles (seemed like it - ?). OC has gone around 12 miles before turning back so on a weekend in the future we're going to get together in the morning and go until dark, then camp, then continue on to find the end of the trail... The "Caney Trophy" is born!!

Went through some pretty steep holes and deep creek crossings that involved some careful picking of lines, spotting, and road construction (and backwards recovery). Overall a pretty nice trail with interesting obstacles.
