6 September 2007 - Continuing fine weather is helping us to make good progress. The ceiling joists are in place and the opening for the loft hatch constructed. Tomorrow we start to build the roof by first setting the ridge board in position. I will then make a master rafter and check its' fit both sides and both ends to ensure that the ridge board is correctly positioned. The remaining rafters will be cut using this master as a template.
