The trail was very quiet and the lodges were touting for business. We were met before Langtang village by this young lady who convinced us that her family lodge was the best and escorted us along the trail for nearly 2 hours to make sure we stayed there. Langtang village is in the middle distance and Kangjin Gompa is at the far end of the valley.
