This is the view of Samar village from our bedroom window. Typical Tibetan houses with courtyards and stalls for keeping the animals. In the evenings we watch as the mule trains were unloaded and the animals fed, and in the morning we watched as they were all loaded up and away. We had a very enjoyable evening's singing and dancing at this lodge.
