These are the bridges crossing the Kali Gandaki below the village of Chele. The very large stone block at the back fell from the cliffs above and now forms a tunnel through which the Kali Gandaki flows. I believe the caves at the back were used by the Khampa in their fight against the annexation of Tibet by China. Don't ask how they got up to them!
