The Italian Job

It is my considered opinion that the original (1969) version of this is better than the remake, even if 60's British humor seems a bit out place in these times.

Pumpkin must think the opposite as he worked hard at trying to block any light on this matter.

Caine nominally has the lead, but the real stars are the three Mini Coopers which are used to make the get away.

Far, far, far superior to the American remake. This is a classic of late-1960s British cinema - even if the 60s English humour is a bit twee for us 21st century Scots.
