I managed to mistime both of them tonight. It happens.
The eggs still tasted good. I am thinking of giving up steak.

This steak actually still looks really good. I don't like an overcooked steak though, and I think that it is an art to get it cooked perfectly. I don't know why you would want to give up steak, it is okay to eat every once in a while.http://www.sawmillrestaurant.com/about.php
