My camera wanted to do an SP today. Tiny bit of me in there as well !

This is the best I have for today, have just been too busy with work to do anything better.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM
1/80s f/8.0 at 400.0mm iso100 with Flash full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto
