My route to work and back is off road, and fairly flat, for 90% of the way.
This last section on the way home is both on road and uphill, I'm sure its doing me good !

I can't make a bike go straight when I AM holding the handlebars - I know a lot about the bottom of ditches :-)

Did you have a health check before starting John...interesting to see the changes in heart/lung capacity.
