I am planning to cycle to work once a week now that summer is here.
There are so many benefits, its healthy, no traffic jams, its good for the planet and there's a chance to get PaD done along the way !
Fortunately most of the way is off road, following a disused railway line and a canal towpath pretty much all the way into the city centre.
