First colt of the 2012 season
Two from Neenah
Fuzzy butts.
Number four came up 5 weeks later from Wildlife in Need
Neenah birds had the puddle in their part of the pen.
Time for banding.
You name it they got it in this kit.
Number 313 is first to get his bands.
The clamp is to hold the band while the glue dries.
Andy measures the legs to find out the sex of the crane
Andy is showing Ann Barzen how to hold the legs so they do not hurt themselves.
After banding they are weighed with the new digital scale

One more week in this pen and then they are out of here
Chuck Petters and Gary Bunnell carry boxes to the field
The fields were full of the next phase of their lives.
Gary waits for the "go for it".
