What more could you ask for on your 104th birthday, a loving family ,104 long stemmed roses and a birthday greeting from the president of the United States.
Our Mom was 104 on April 18, 2012. Anna has lived her complete life in the city where she was born, Oshkosh, Wi. She raised three children though a major depression. She never had much in the way of material things, but what she did have she shared with all who came to her home. She now lives at Northpoint nursing home. Her world is very small but she still shares with those that visit her. She will offer you all the candy she has, but never her word search books. You always know when it is time to leave, she puts on her glasses, picks up the word search book and waves goodbye.
Her cake was made with a photo from her wedding day.
