Monument Valley and Southeast Utah

My trip took me first across the bottom edge of Monument Valley, in Arizona, and later through the valley proper in Utah, before heading into Southern Colorado. It's an amazing expanse with some truly enormouse buttes. Alas, many are miles from the road and the road passes to the North of most, so they're mainly in shadow. I used the 300mm lens to get a few of the pictures, but the haze cut the clarity badly, as you can see. The patterns in the cliffs by Mexican Hat were wonderful, so I took a lot of pictures of them.
