Just South of the CBD is the 'King William' district, containing some spectacular late 19th century houses. Many have fallen from their prime, and have been rooming houses, but are now being bought up and restored to their former condition. This is just a small sample of what's in these streets. The last two pictures show that not all the houses are in the best of condition, nor are they all mansions.
