This is a female of that previous damsel you have posted, the Variable Dancer. Again, notice the forked shoulder stripe. This one exhibits nice pruinosity, that chalky whiteness, on it's terminal appendages. Pruinosity, or pruinescence, comes with age, so I believe this to be a mature female Argia fumipennis ssp violacea.
