The Texas Hill Country is well known for its' spring wildflower show, especially the bluebonnets. The region also has its' share of fall color. This gallery consists of Austin area color, as well as photographs from the Lost Maples State Natural Area southwest of Kerrville. This area has recently been featured in the New York Times.I have also included a few shots of the Guadelupe River near Hunt, and an interesting fence at the Boot Hill Ranch, on the route to Lost Maples.
