Main Hall
In 1901, the school was moved into the old Buena Vista Hotel. Main Hall (as it is known today) was the second "grand hotel" built on the hill overlooking the town of Buena Vista. It was built in 1891. Today it is the last surviving Shenandoah Valley "boom" hotel from the 1890s period. It is a Virginia Historic Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.
