Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel

Every ship, military or commercial, must pass through the channel at the CBBT. Today, several naval ships were deploying for six months to the Gulf. And the procession of cargo ships and freighters continued. It was also a good day for the fishermen.

Great Pics Tom! It was a pleasure meeting you on the bridge. I've been an AEGIS Radar guy for over 25 years and I never get tired of seeing these beautiful Ships. Love the NORNAMDY / AUSTIN shot. Hope to see you out there on my next East Coast trip.

It was nice meeting you on the Bay Bridge on 11/4. Thanks for taking those beautiful shots of the Carter Hall! With the perspective of the fishing and sail boats, they are perfect! I hope to see you there again when the fleet returns.
The planes and Porsches (my favorite) are great shots, too!

I am enjoying browsing through your new gallery! There is alot of "blue" out there as you are diverting a little from your "red" car themes of months past. In any event, you have alot of good & patriotic images here that all Americans should appereciate, especially those with family members that are serving our country, such as the Howertons. Keep 'em coming & we hope to see this one in Pbase "Popular Galleries."
