9:27 AM, October 22nd. I've moved away from the mountain (St. Helens) viewpoints and gone on a little hike near Coldwater Lake. This lake was formed after the blast.

It's still a freezing morning even though the sun has been rising for a couple hours, and I like this frosty dock. Nice fog on the water. Good hills rising out of the water. Interesting contrasts in the clouds.

Maybe this is near the bottom of the list, but I don't know, I like it.
