Faceoff, juvenile Heermann's vs. immature Western Gull, May 2014

A small juvenile Heermann's Gull faces off against a much larger Western Gull carrying a fish; the Western tried to chase the Heermann's off by calling--oops! This little drama took place at Point Pinos, the tip of the Monterey Peninsula in Northern California.
