Birds -- San Diego, January 2008

As part of a bird photography trip to southern California, I spent January 13-15 in San Diego. I hit the standard highlights, visiting La Jolla Cove on the mornings of the 14th and 15th, and Santee Lakes on the afternoon of the 14th. On the 13th, my nephew Jon showed me his favorite spot, Torrey Pines Park, right near where he lives, and I got a better shot at a raven than I've had at home.
