This juvenile flew to this perch, about 15 yards from the nest; it stayed there for some time, then returned to the nest. It appeared ready to leave. Two sibling birds remained in the nest for the hour or so that I observed the scene. A parent bird flew in and perched in another tree near the nest during that period.
