Pomarine Jaeger, adult mostly molted to non-breeding plumage.

Pacific Ocean out of Monterey

Looks like two primaries and the outermost secondary on the bird's left wing are molting in. Pomarines are the only one of the three jaeger species to molt during migration; the other two don't molt until they reach their wintering grounds in the southern ocean (thanks to Alvaro Jaramillo for this information.)
