My wife said this brought up a childhood memory of a Bible verse, from Psalm 91: "He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust."

Tom, I have always really enjoyed your photography, but this shot is amazing to me as I did not know that Stilts exhibited this type of behavior. I've always loved animals, but my birding is probably on the beginner scale...maybe more experienced birders know all about this, but I find it very interesting. Thanks!!
