how do you get the peanuts to turn flourescent, do you use a black light or spray paint them ? does it fade? please respond asap. email me at allieparker16@yahoo.com

Are all packing peanuts flourescent? if there not how do you get yours to be? what do you put on them? in any case i am a big fan of your site. im always on it. your awesome.
