Thanks to Stephen Ware, I found out that this is a Mississippi Kite as I had no clue what it was because I couldn't find it in my bird books....Thank you Stephen! You are the best!!!

It is a lousy picture but the light was very harsh and I didn't have the camera I'm used to using on a daily basis but had to post it anyway!
