Yes, a Common Mynah that is also found in parts of down-under. We have a Noisy Mynah version too!

Cindi, I used to live in Florida and made a few birding visits down Miami way and I know there are quite a few exotic and introduced species that have become established there. This bird looks like a Common Myna which is a South Asian introduced species now breeding in parts of South Florida. You may not find it in all the guide books but it is in my "National Geographic "Birds of North America" in the Starling family section. Nice picture.
