This man was at the park this morning before it rained to make sure the ferel cats had water and food. I talked to him for a little bit and while we were talking another man pulled up with food as well. These cats are very well taken care of. They get fed everyday. And, they'll come up to you and let you pet them. I'm wondering how many used to belong to someone?
