There is life after cancer and it seems every cancer survivor has a totally different take on life than most other people who have not endured it or have been deeply touched by it. You live each day like it is your last, you live life to the fullest, you let go of the little stuff and don't worry about the big stuff as you know God will get you through it. You have faith that it will all work together for the good and that you will see the world in a different light. You learn to love with all of your heart, laugh like joy will never cease, cry for those who are fighting the battle and cry for joy for those that have conquored. You learn what are the important things in life and what is not. You learn to be selfless instead of selfish and pour your love and compassion out to those around you. Cancer survivors are a special people. They understand the meaning of life.
