LOL at lady_d. Where I live these are plentiful in the wild as well. However, the old boy doesn't seem to have quite as much "hasty" as he once did. Thus, retreat isn't considered a viable option. That's why I always like to take my friends, Smith and Wesson along with me. :-)

Where I live, ( Cougars ) Mountain Lions are still plentiful in the wild, if one meets them on a hike one beats a hasty retreat. Great photo they are magnificent creatures. Jess
