JENNIFER'S ARM

Rowlett, TX

My beautiful friend, Jennifer, was walking her dog on Memorial Day this year and fell. She
broke her arm and has had 5 operations so far. There is no salvageable bone in the middle and so to keep it from being floppy, they put these bolt things through her arm to keep it in place. She will have to have probably 2 more surgeries, hopefully no more than that. She just got home a couple of days ago from a 14 day stay at the hospital. I went by to see her and do a few things for her today and took a picture of her arm. I also helped her re-do the bandaging and got pictures of what is underneath but it is too graphic to show on PBase. I am praying for her everyday and when all this is over she and I are going on a vacation somewhere just to kick back and relax. She deserves the best and is a strong woman and I know she will get through it.

I am very blessed to have so many people like Cindi (and her mom) praying for my recovery. Cindi keeps me strong in many ways. Her kindness in doing things like washing my hair and praying with me gives me the energy to face whatever the next day brings. I am so proud to have Cindi as my best friend forever. I am blessed.

Looks very painful. My thoughts are with her. You are a good friend to be with her, Cindi.

I think that would make me use words too graphic for pbase. Hang in there, and hope it does well.
