Anybody ready for a crawfish boil? NOT ME! I don't eat these things but I know a lot of people who do.

Down here they're a neccessity !!!!

There are small shops that serve drive thru boiled crawfish !!!
They're not that bad, much like smaller and fatter shrimp, and there are many ways to cook them.

Cindi, you should try them! Lots of dishes besides eating the tails. Beer works well with them!
