These two were shooting the sunrise. The colors were amazing. I shot their pic from my balcony. I love going to Galveston with Claudia. I don't know how much longer she'll be able to go as she has terminal cancer so we are making weekend trips as she feels up to it. It was a great weekend and we didn't do a whole lot but drive around a bit, go out to eat, taking walks on the beach and having a pina colada or two on the condo balcony.

The water was amazingly blue and the beach was pristine. Galveston has never looked so good! That is foam on the beach but within an hour it was all gone. I first thought I could be in Florida had I not known better. It was a perfect weekend with my oldest friend. We've been friends since 3rd grade. Have been through a lot together and I will be her rock and her friend through out this new difficult journey.
