I've looked at several lake houses and this is my fave so far. It sits on the water and the scenery is beautiful. Has two large decks out back, a boat ramp, dock for fishing and all the amenities. It also has a large shed and small guest house. Has 1850 square feet and has been remodeled and the inside is spectacular. Love the color of this house. My fave color. And, it comes with an alligator canoe. :) And best thing is it is in the price range I want.
