I saw this home on my way to find the Ft Worth waterfalls they recently found. I stopped and turned around when I saw this. It seemed empty and so I drove up into the circular drive through an old gate that was no longer working. I got out took some shots, walked around and got shots of what I could looking through the windows.

This house is in excellent condition and needs some updating. Needs a new kitchen, new windows, paint and light fixtures. Foundation looked good and looks like the electricity has been updated too. It sits on about 5 acres and no neighbors around but very near the NAS here in Ft Worth. It is maybe a 10 minute walk from the waterfalls. It has a garage and garage apartment with a fireplace. It also has a creek running through the backyard with steps that lead you down to it. It was very well taken care of but it looks as though it has been vacant for quite some time. No windows were broken and you could tell it was loved by some family at one time.

I fell in absolute love today with this house. No place has ever spoken to me this way. It is like I'd been there before and it was a part of me. I felt the love there. I am so drawn to it. I don't know if it is for sale or what but I'm doing some investigating. I didn't think I'd fall in love so easily, especially with a house.
